Product Overview
The W(L)DR Series Electric Steam Boiler provides compact, combustion-free steam generation for industrial and commercial operations, with corresponding electric hot-water models available for heating duties. Low-surface-load heating elements and PLC-controlled staged switching deliver efficient heat transfer and responsive output across changing loads. A separate control cabinet helps protect sensitive electronics from boiler heat, while touchscreen scheduling, automatic feedwater regulation, and multiple electrical and pressure interlocks simplify daily operation. With no on-site fuel combustion or flue-gas discharge, the series is well suited to facilities requiring precise control and clean boiler-room operation.

Key Advantages
Low-surface-load electric elements with flange-mounted bundles support uniform heat transfer and ≥99% thermal efficiency under specified conditions. Element service life may reach 20,000 hours with proper water treatment and maintenance.
PLC control cycles heating-element groups to match steam demand, balance operating hours, limit localized overheating, and smooth changes in electrical load.
A separate electrical control cabinet is positioned away from boiler heat, helping protect sensitive components against thermal aging while improving access for inspection and servicing.
The HMI touchscreen enables scheduled start/stop periods, automatic pressure regulation, and feedwater control, supporting continuous operation subject to required supervision and local regulations.
Automatic protection for overpressure, abnormal water levels, short circuits, phase loss, overcurrent, and earth leakage triggers alarms or shutdown when unsafe conditions are detected.
Electric heating produces no on-site combustion exhaust and enables low-noise boiler-room operation. A compact layout and well-designed steam space support dependable saturated-steam supply.
