Product Overview
The WNS series is suitable for factories and commercial projects that require reliable saturated steam from clean gaseous or liquid fuels. Its wet-back structure, corrugated furnace, generous steam space and automatic control system support stable operation under changing loads. An economizer, low-NOx burner and remote monitoring system can be configured according to the project requirements.

Key Advantages
The boiler adopts a full wet-back fire-tube structure. Full-penetration butt welds are applied to the main pressure-bearing seams, supporting structural integrity and long-term industrial operation. The corrugated furnace accommodates thermal expansion and provides a large radiant heating surface.
The boiler and economizer are designed with model-specific heating surfaces to improve heat absorption and support rated output under specified operating conditions. Actual heating-surface values for each model are listed in the technical specification table.
The large boiler shell, water volume and steam space help buffer sudden load changes. The disengagement height between the normal water level and steam outlet helps reduce moisture carryover and supports stable steam quality.
Automatic safety interlocks monitor steam pressure, water level, burner flame and flue-gas temperature. When abnormal conditions are detected, the system initiates an alarm or safe shutdown. The smoke box can be equipped with a self-closing explosion-relief device and flame observation port according to the design.
Fully opening front and rear smoke-box doors provide direct access for tube inspection and cleaning. Manholes and handholes are arranged for internal inspection, bottom cleaning and routine maintenance.
The control system manages burner operation, feedwater supply, steam pressure, alarms and safety interlocks. Available configurations include a standard control panel, PLC control with display and an HMI touchscreen. Modbus communication and remote monitoring are available as optional functions.
