Product Overview

The LSH Series Vertical Biomass-Fired Steam Boiler is a compact, packaged solution designed for reliable saturated steam supply in small industrial and commercial facilities. Its vertical structure and staggered cross-water tubes provide efficient heat transfer while minimizing floor-space requirements. A multi-pass flue-gas path promotes coarse-ash settling and additional burnout of unburned fuel particles, improving fuel utilization. Suitable installations can use natural chimney draft without an induced-draft fan, reducing auxiliary electricity consumption and noise. Factory assembly further simplifies transportation, installation, and routine operation.

Key Advantages

01. Compact, Space-Saving Vertical Design

The integrated vertical structure minimizes boiler-room floor space and helps reduce building and installation costs compared with conventional horizontal layouts.

02. Natural-Draft Operation Without an ID Fan

An optimized flue-gas path supports natural chimney draft without an induced-draft (ID) fan where site conditions permit, reducing auxiliary electricity use and operating noise.

03. Built-In Gravity Dust Settling

Multi-pass flue-gas routing and staggered cross-water tubes encourage coarse ash particles to settle before the exhaust enters downstream dust-control equipment.

04. Improved Burnout of Unburned Carbon

The staggered tube arrangement helps redirect some unburned carbon particles toward the hot combustion zone for additional burnout and improved fuel utilization.

05. Optimized Cross-Tube Heat Transfer

Hot flue gas passes across staggered cross-water tubes to enhance convective heat transfer, supporting fast steam generation and ≥85% thermal efficiency under specified conditions.

06. Factory-Packaged & Fast Installation

The fully assembled vertical package minimizes on-site work and foundation requirements, simplifying installation and relocation where site access, utilities, and approvals allow.
