108-Point Quality Assurance From Raw Material to Final Shipment
Huanuo’s 108-point inspection and test process covers the complete manufacturing cycle, helping verify material traceability, manufacturing accuracy, weld integrity, pressure-bearing safety, control reliability and delivery completeness before shipment.
The 108 inspection points are organized into seven stages: 16 material and traceability checks, 18 machining and assembly checks, 24 welding checks, 14 NDT checks, 12 hydrostatic and pressure checks, 14 auxiliary and control checks, and 10 final documentation and packing audits.
Material certificates, heat numbers, steel markings and key pressure-bearing materials are checked to maintain clear traceability from incoming material to finished boiler.
Welder qualifications, welding procedures, process conditions and weld quality are reviewed throughout production to maintain consistency and structural integrity.
Appropriate RT, UT, MT and PT methods are applied according to applicable drawings, standards and project requirements to detect defects that cannot be identified through visual inspection alone.
Pressure-bearing components are checked through controlled pressurization, pressure holding and leakage inspection to verify pressure integrity before delivery.
Manufacturer’s data reports, material certificates, drawings, operating manuals, equipment identification and packing lists are reviewed before shipment to ensure documentation and delivered equipment correspond correctly.

Huanuo is backed by China’s only integrated industrial boiler manufacturing ecosystem with in-house capabilities spanning boiler component processing, core pressure-part manufacturing and complete boiler production. From individual components to complete boiler-room systems, key manufacturing and integration stages are coordinated through one engineering and project interface.
Huanuo independently processes a wide range of boiler components and structural parts, including boiler heads, corrugated furnaces, steam headers, pressure-bearing components, tube sheets and selected mechanical parts, improving dimensional accuracy and component compatibility.
Critical pressure-bearing components are manufactured under one controlled system covering forming, machining, welding, inspection and traceability, reducing risks associated with fragmented external sourcing.
Components are integrated into complete steam boilers, hot water boilers, thermal oil heaters and hot air furnaces through Huanuo’s manufacturing facilities, supported by CNC processing, precision welding, NDT, hydrostatic testing and final factory inspection.
Huanuo integrates the boiler main unit with burners, fuel systems, water treatment, pumps, economizers, condensers, fans, emission-control equipment, instruments, valves, PLC controls and boiler-room interfaces to provide a complete thermal system through one project interface.
Global On-Site Service & 24/7 Technical Support
Huanuo combines digital warranty management, 24/7 technical support, remote video diagnosis, regional engineer dispatch and long-term spare-parts support to help customers maintain reliable boiler operation and reduce unnecessary downtime.
Each boiler receives a digital equipment record and unique identification code. A 12-month warranty begins after successful commissioning, with covered manufacturing or material defects supported by original replacement parts and technical assistance.
Service requests submitted through WhatsApp, WeChat, phone or email are promptly assigned to our technical support team. We aim to provide an initial response within 1 hour, confirming the service request, collecting necessary fault information and coordinating the appropriate engineer for further diagnosis and support.
Engineers can review operating data, alarm information, photos and videos and provide real-time video guidance to help on-site personnel identify faults, adjust parameters and resolve common operating issues remotely.
When remote assistance is not sufficient, Huanuo can coordinate regional or international engineers according to customer location and project requirements for inspection, troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance support.
Technical support continues after the warranty period, including remote consultation, maintenance guidance, software support and original spare-parts supply, with post-warranty parts and on-site services provided under a transparent service policy.
