Product Overview
The LSS Series Gas/Oil-Fired Once-Through Steam Boiler is a compact vertical steam solution designed for rapid, on-demand industrial steam supply. Its low-water-volume once-through structure, W-shaped flue-gas path, and fin-connected dual-ring tubes provide fast start-up and efficient heat transfer. The factory-assembled package saves installation space and supports multi-unit parallel operation for variable steam loads. Intelligent combustion controls, multi-layer safety protection, and IoT-enabled remote monitoring help deliver efficient, reliable operation with reduced operator workload.

Key Advantages
The low-water-volume once-through design enables steam generation in approximately 3–5 minutes under specified start-up conditions, reducing warm-up losses and responding quickly to changing steam demand.
The W-shaped flue-gas path and fin-connected dual-ring vertical tubes expand effective heat-transfer area, supporting ≥98% thermal efficiency under specified design and operating conditions.
Factory-assembled vertical construction minimizes installation footprint and on-site work. Multiple units can operate in parallel for flexible capacity adjustment and staged steam supply.
Network-enabled controls support remote multi-unit monitoring of fuel use, steam output, pressure, and temperature, with automated daily and monthly reports when the connected system is configured.
A sound-absorbing structure helps reduce operating noise, while optimized combustion control supports low-NOx performance tailored to the selected fuel and local emission requirements.
Standardized automatic or semi-automatic CO₂ welding supports consistent seam quality. Seamless-tube preheaters with sandblasted and hot-dip-galvanized surfaces improve component durability and service reliability.
