The SZS Series Gas/Oil-Fired Water-Tube Steam Boiler is designed for reliable, high-capacity industrial steam supply. Its longitudinal double-drum D-type layout, membrane water-wall furnace, and ample heating surfaces support stable output and efficient heat transfer. An optimized combustion system with flue-gas heat recovery reduces fuel consumption, while optional ultra-low-NOx configurations, automatic controls, and multi-layer safety interlocks support efficient, environmentally responsible operation. Factory preassembly and modular delivery options help streamline installation across a wide range of project sizes.

Key Advantages
A spacious combustion chamber and spiral-finned heat-recovery system improve combustion and recover exhaust heat, supporting thermal efficiency of ≥98% under specified design conditions.
Flue gas recirculation (FGR), staged combustion, and a matched burner can achieve NOx ≤30 mg/Nm³ on specified natural-gas configurations, subject to emission test conditions and commissioning.
The longitudinal double-drum D-type structure and close-pitch membrane water walls enhance furnace sealing, radiant heat absorption, and durability while reducing refractory maintenance.
Ample heating surfaces and steam-water capacity promote stable steam pressure and output. Sliding supports beneath the lower drum accommodate thermal expansion during operation.
Automatic controls monitor feedwater, steam pressure, flame status, and water level. A furnace pressure-relief door can be provided where required by the approved design.
Factory preassembly and transport-ready modular sections reduce on-site work and installation time. Delivery arrangements are tailored to boiler capacity and shipping constraints.
