Product Overview
The DZH Series Biomass/Coal-Fired Hand-Fed Steam Boiler is designed for reliable industrial steam supply using coal and selected biomass fuels. Its enlarged furnace and heavy-duty grate accommodate manual fuel loading, including long wood logs on suitably configured models. Curved tube plates, threaded smoke tubes, and optimized drum water circulation enhance heat transfer and structural durability. Adjustable secondary-air control promotes consistent combustion, while the internal flue-gas turning path helps settle coarse ash before downstream dust collection. The DZH Series offers a practical, fuel-flexible solution for small and medium industrial facilities.

Key Advantages
An enlarged furnace and heavy-duty grate can accommodate wood logs up to 2 m long on suitably configured models, reducing fuel cutting and preparation requirements.
Curved tube plates and threaded smoke tubes help accommodate thermal expansion and reduce localized stress, improving resistance to tube-plate cracking and fatigue.
A carefully arranged lower-drum riser-tube bundle reduces low-circulation zones, improves cooling, and helps prevent localized overheating and drum deformation.
Threaded smoke tubes increase flue-gas turbulence and heat-transfer performance compared with plain tubes, supporting efficient heat absorption and reduced soot buildup.
Adjustable secondary-air supply improves air–fuel mixing, ignition control, and volatile-gas burnout, supporting ≥84% thermal efficiency under specified fuel and operating conditions.
Internal flue-gas turning walls and outlet passages help separate coarse fly ash by gravity, reducing particulate loading on downstream dust-collection equipment.
